- Please report a lost or stolen Mercantile Bank Debit or Credit Card as soon as possible. You can contact our 24-hour hotline on 0860 11 99 25.
- Please note that you will be liable for payment of all transactions recorded until the time of the card reported lost or stolen, so prompt notification is very important.
- We will issue you with a new card within 48 hours which can be collected at your nearest branch or as per your request.
