


We are excited about the launch of our graduate training programme aimed at facilitating the professional and personal development of the graduates. The core focus of the development or training will be on-the-job training by way of the graduates working in different areas of the bank on a rotation basis. The various areas in the bank where the training will take place includes retail & commercial banking, credit, credit securities and administration, foreign exchange, retail operations, legal, collections, audit, compliance, card business and e-bureau. Our focus is to attract and retain talented, energetic and innovative individuals who are passionate about customer service, results driven and willing to learn and develop.
The details of the graduate programme are as follows:

| Formalised mentorship programme | Mentors will be appointed to assist the trainees with their development Quarterly formal evaluations by mentors and coaches will take place to assess the progress of the trainee Trainees would be expected to complete quarterly self evaluation reports to obtain feedback on their working experience and the training that was provided |
