Lost or Stolen Cards

Please report a lost or stolen Mercantile Bank Credit Card as soon as possible. You can contact our 24-hour hotline on 0860 11 99 25. We will issue you with a new card within 48 hours which can be collected at your nearest branch or as per your request. Please note that you will be liable for payment of all transactions recorded until the time the card is reported lost or stolen, so prompt notification is very important.
